Dude - that sucks. I hope that Blizzard is more responsive to you than the horror stories that I've heard.
I had to log in after seeing these just to make sure I was still okay. (I'm traveling this weekend, but have a laptop)
Been there, done that. Don't want a repeat. Hell, my hacker even ripped off the QSS bank of quite a few items, since it happened before I asked to be demoted to F&F. Imagine the fun of explaining that to Vak and Allina.
As I told you on the phone, I managed to get almost everything back, including the contents of the Ordo and QSS banks that the hacker took. Every transaction of your toon is logged. Blizz just has to go back through all the megabytes of logs to find the exact details of what happened and what was lost.
